- Agreed upon fees, on an agreed upon schedule
- Per completed work order

General day-to-day tasks will include:
- General handyman work
- Lock changes
- Grass cutting / snow removal
- Debris removals
- Roof repair / board ups
- Estimate preparation
- Photo and written documentation of work
- All services listed here, and more
AS Preservation vendors must:
- Have their own transportation
- Own and operate a smartphone
- Pass a background check
- Be willing to travel within designated area
- Own basic tools and equipment
- Understand the fundamentals of running a business
- Be able to fund their projects prior to receiving payment
- Enter into a 1099, independent contractor agreement
- Be self-disciplined, motivated and hard-working
- Communicate clearly and frequently with us
- Have basic computer and writing skills
- Be capable of working independently, 5-7 days a week
